RAION INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a Philippine corporation established in 2003, is
engaged in the distribution of its own-designed plastic toys locally as well as
internationally . It currently holds domestic licenses for Warner Bros. 'The
Powerpuff Girls and DC Comics' Justice League of America. It is aggressively
seeking to expand its portfolio of profitable licenses to increase its share in
the licensed toy market. As of September 2004, the company has 20 concessionaire
outlets and includes in its list of outright customers the prominent department
stores throughout the country.

terms of its core products of branded toys. We seek to be one of the most dominant
players in the branded toys category in the Philippines and the rest of Asia.
